THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've used it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The material is shoddy, and the layout are awful. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so angry that I imagined I'd purchased something decent instead. Save your cas
